
Ordering, Fulfillment, and DOA Policy
Once your order is placed, please contact us at contact@dustbowlcorals.com to schedule a date and time for collection. At this time, we are not set up for walk in orders, however we are able to meet across Bakersfield and surrounding areas.
We do offer overnight shipping and shipping is free on all orders over $400. For those located within California, we do offer discount shipping at checkout.

DOA Policy:
We cover all DOA (Dead on Arrival) for items ordered and shipped. In the event of DOA, provide us with clear pictures of the dead coral in the bag within two hours of the delivery time.
Returns or refunds are not given, however if your coral is DOA, we will offer a store credit for the items ordered or can provide a replacement if available. This does not include shipping costs. To claim the DOA, buyers must receive the delivery, if shipment is not receiced by first delivery attempt, the DOA coverage is voided. Dust Bowl Corals is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages or other acts beyond our control. If carrier delays happen and it results in a DOA, please let us know and we will work with you on a resolution.
